Fishing comparison

In the song it is similar to the story either choosing  the fish or the girl and if  they chose the girl the girl would've had lost the girl and the fish but if he chose the girl instead of the fish he would be losing both the fish and the girl but similar of the story and the music they both chose the girl because they were not thinking about what they would lose if that didn't work.
