“The Highwayman” and “Typhoid Fever” Comparison
Bess dies trying to warn her love that the red- coats were at her house. Patricia dies thinking in shame for putting her love in trouble. For example, Bess was tied down with a gun pointed at her and if she moved she would be shot. Patrica stood up for Frank because he had some bad consciences coming to him but she said that she was the one that was talking. In both of the story's both girls die in the story for the person that the really like. When they tried to warn them about the bad things they both died for them it was a very similar story.

ReplyDeleteVery good comparison Aaron.
ReplyDeleteNice comparison. Of course love can have a tragic ending. At least they met someone they would love. Either it is sickness or it is danger, love is strong.
ReplyDeleteGood job Aaron.
